Today we are off to Irvine Beach Park to have a ( hopefully ) friendly encounter with a dragon. The walk is mostly on surfaced paths and pavements. However some of the route is on short grass or sandy , narrow, uneven paths.

Today we are off to the edge of the Town Moor where Robert Burns gazes out southwards towards Alloway where he was born. The route is on surfaced paths or pavements.

Today's walk will take us to the larger of the two ponds beyond Tarryholm. We will check out the wild life on the bigger pond. The walk is mostly on surfaced paths but these could be muddy.

Today we will be embarking on the journey from the town centre down towards the sea. We will be walking through Low Green where sheep once grazed, through the heartland of the Irvine's lost shipping industry to the harbour.
The Annick Water is the longest tributary of the river Irvine joining it just south east of Tarryholm. The walk is on surfaced paths and pavements, although the route may be changed if the weather has recently been wet.
Today's walk will explore the areas of Eglinton Country Park closest to the courtyard and old castle. The walk is on woodland paths and may be rough and uneven.
