Nordic Walking Goes On Tour!

For the month of February we are running a number of Nordic Walking Taster sessions around North Ayrshire to scope out the interest before offering a set programme for the year in addition to our regular Nordic walking sessions in Irvine (second and fourth Tuesday of the month).
Nordic Walking is an all over body workout and a more intense version of walking. Nordic walking can be done by most people and almost anywhere. We have a variety of Nordic Walking poles that would suit individuals with some health issues (please contact us for more details). The use of poles means that we give our upper body muscles a workout as well as the legs. Our core muscles are also heavily engaged. As the poles propel us forward it makes us work harder but it will also feel easier.
As we have a limited number of poles so you will need to book yourself on to the session.
